Smart Coaching : You need advice but you don't want to participate in a full day of training? You are in difficulty on a specific part of the circuit or during a riding phase? Smart Coaching is there for you!
- Two sessions including one filmed
Course of action:
- Viewing of a video of the circuit with advice if necessary to approach the different turns
- First session
- Verbal debriefing with advice on trajectories
- Second session
- Video debriefing
One Smart Coaching session will be organized in the morning and another one in the afternoon.
